Picture Of The Week – Snow Day Bash-A-Thon

Ugh WINTER!!!  While many of us may not enjoy the cold, there’s nothing better than running your rigs in the snow and that’s exactly what Dan Murphy from Oxford, CT plans on doing now that the white stuff has fallen. Dan sent us this shot of his buddy Ned’s Tamiya Monster Beetle and his Tamiya King Cab from a mid-winter bash-a-thon. Ned’s Monster Beetle is mostly stock but gets its power from a Tamiya GT Tuned 25T motor while Dan’s King Cab features a Tamiya RZ Super Stock 23T motor, aluminum Stadium Blitzer wheels and is topped off with a Tamiya Brat body for a pretty unique look. The hardest part of this picture was clearly stopping the fun for a second to snap this awesome shot for us. Thanks Dan and Ned, great job!
